    .....i just love hearing this guy speak......he's just no BS all the way around....his energy is awesome.....can you imagine his tone before the ravens game

    My neighbor tells me hes a Browns fan...and all i said was" oh jesus"

    Rex is the man....we gotta keep him healthy....i sent 2 tubs of protein powder to him from bodybuilding .com......hope he gets it ( c/o rex ryan)

    i definitely agree... that said, if things turn out bad this season it won't be long before his "style" is the subject of total destruction on here...
