Import draft classes and trade for Tebow or Matt Stafford Tebow is like a 92 and becomes a 99 in like 2 years and Stafford is like an 88 or 89 and becomes a 99 also
Try and aquire some players that are interchangeable by position. Examples: Ray Lewis can be a 99 DE. James Farrior is a 99 DT. Ronde Barber and Charles Woodson are 99 FS. There are tons of players like this and ones that you can get for little like Lawrence Timmons. Mess around a bit and you can make your team much better by trading for low rated players in certain positions. One of the crazier ones is Reggie Bush at WR. He equals to 89 but my god, his speed and ability to break tackles makes him awesome. Give up what you have to in order to get him, totally worth it.

havent got NCAA gonna get it next year though now I have the PS3 and can import games as for franchise...ive sorted it out I traded Jones and a 4th round pick for Cutler...Ive got him from a 86 to a 91 QB in less than 2 seasons after hammering the QB challenge Also drafted a sweet RB called Shelton Kessler who got Rookie of the year. In franchise mode, isn't the aim to develop your own franchise and watch them grow and dominate? I mean via free agency and the draft?? That's how I've always found franchise to be more fun.
