anyone else been having this issue? while playing franchise or online you just freeeze? the game keeps running in the background and you can hear it but the screen stays frozen at where it crashed.
(Touch Wood), Never had any problems at all with mine. Don't know of anyone having probs either. Sounds local to me. maybe bad game??
its been spoken about on several magazines now .. ie. Game Informer.. the prob came up after most reviews.. where did you buy your copy?
Madden sucks this year. I might never buy it again....never have I ever been so frustrated with a game in my life.
dude i broke 2 headsets playing this game; yes, there are major freezing problems usually when i'm winning.
Yup, I have experienced that freezing problem as well. There is supposed to be a patch coming out that addresses some sort of cache issue that occurs if you try to play multiple games. Hopefully when that drops that decreases all the freezing people are getting.

please lord. please. i have almost traded this game 4 times already and slammed my controller a few times cause of the freezing.. where do you get the patches anyway? does it come up automatically somewhere?
You guys mean online right? If it freezes while playing the machine it would be no biggie. If you guys are breaking controllers over this its crazy, my 360 caused me much more pain. And I never broke it........ Because it was usually already broke.
well, it happens at any point for me.. in the middle of a game online, or checking out the trade block.. even browsing through game features at time. the problem for me is that it is doing it every fucking 5 minutes.
mine started freezing when the training drills for the week loaded up before an offline franchise game. same thing happened in last years game. the only advice i can give to people is if you play a franchise save it in multiple files because sometimes the deeper you get into it the more bugs pop up. thats what i noticed with last yrs game. online games i havent had a freeze yet played plenty. but i stopped playing online because i played online right out of the box and when i played my first game against myfriend in person the difference in the game was like night and day.
Yeaa this happends to me too, This happend a couple times actually when I was playing online and of course I was winning all those 3-4 times it froze, and then I would get the loss. It always froze like after the receiver drops it or when a challenge happends. My ps3 actually broke it stoped readind cds. I have to call Sony luckily I have a warranty on it, I gotta get on that and call them and get a new ps3
