the missus got me it for xmas and since i had pretty mich dominated madden 07 and won like 10 SB's in 15 years or so before my season file for corrupted shit i am starting out on madden level straight away on my new franchise. well, chad sucks ass big time. i could succeed on madden level in the last game as i had built up my team so that 99% of the starters were 95 rank or higher. chad cant get it down field accurately, my line sucks ass and the defense, well, forget about it. anyone else doing it from madden level straight away??? i have just played the first 4 preseason games and am 0-4 and i am not looking forward to the pats in rd 1. its a great game and i will continue to play but its going to be a rough first few years in the game before i build my team up, but atleast it wont get boring early. id like to hear some others thoughts on this too.
fkn lock this shit up, i went 0-4 in the first 4 games on madden and said fk it, im going back to all-pro. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I play madden 08 on PS2. I played 3 yrs of a franchise on all-madden from the beginning with the jets (no alterations) and was fine just using Chad. Although in madden, I play like the jets (never go down the field).
haha, dink and dunk hey... i lost the first 2 games on all pro to the pats and ravens, chad gets injured for 4 games, then i go on a 4 game win streak with jones carving up, altho he has a touch of the fumbles!! bye bye chad lol
I've been so used to playing with Chad the last 5+ years in Madden that using a stronger armed QB such as Clemens has gotten me all mixed up. I over-throw, throw it too hard, etc. I was so used to the underthrows and making the User Catch with the receiver, it obviously hurt my big-play offense but I simply moved the chains.
playing against the computer is a total waste of time all pro is way too easy and all madden is annoying if your up in the 4th qtr everything will go the computers way so why bother.

In my Jets chise, the one I'm practicing on all-madden on, the 3rd preseason game Chad is out for the season with a broken collarbone =| Generally you have to play like the real Jets, mix up the formations, short dink and dunking, and run the ball. Only go down field if a man is wide open.
