To old time Jets fans, no surprise at all. Considering the fact that one of the biggest rivals in the 60s/70s-which wore the silver and black - were coached by Madden. He will never admit it but, Jets is just a 4 letter word. The Jets /Raiders rivalry at that time were on par with that of the Dolphin/Jets in the 80s/90s.
Pennington's throw power is an 83 Why would his throw power be any higher? He hasn't had a long completion since the 2004 playoffs.
You did say in the title that it "shafted" the Jets. So we are all assuming that you are complaining.
it kinda seems right on to me, Vilma is young and will get better, same for Rhodes. I've noticed that safeties ratings increase exponentially over the course of a franchise on Madden
Does anyone have the new madden for the 360 ? i just got it and apparently you cant edit players appearences or numbers or anything. They gave brad smith long dreadlocks in the game, u cant change barlows number to 31 when u trade for him. If theres a way to change things someone please tell me because it is kinda annoying seeing brad smith with dreadlocks bouncing all over the place when he's running
I don't think that has anything to do with the Jets getting "shafted" at all. I strongly doubt that Madden has much input into the game itself other than putting his name on it, and in the past, providing commentary. I'm pretty sure that they have other people do the player scouting and ranking, developing features and gameplay, and pretty much anything else going on in the game. And even if Madden did have a decent amount of input, I don;t think he's shaft the Jets just because a team he coached thirty years ago had a rivalry with them.
okay first thing is first theyre defense is so good. #2 you dontuse pennington you use clemons. The jets are pretty nasty yes i am dissapointed in rhodes and thomas cuz he sucks. but they are still realy good
I think Madden is too generous with their ratings. 80+ ratings used to mean the guy was a damn good player, now being ranked in the 80s is average.
He a great road grater. Yes his pass blocking leaves some to be desired but hes a rook . He will get better ! .
