I know Keller and Hill are out and don't know if it's already been said but i think we are feeling the loss of LT out of the backfield more then i thought.

With Keller missing LT gave us that 3rd down explosion and a safe set of hands for Sanchez over the middle.

I know LT talked some bullshit when he went but fuck me are we missing him

I thought McKnight could fill this role. Been saynig it all season -- they have o escape option for Sanchez. Every team has a guy out of the backfield that can come off ablock and setup to bail out the QB. The Jets don't have that option and it allows the defense to completely ignore the threat. No TE and no escape option makes this offense very easy to defend - especially with no legit receiving threat

Whats so funny he's right. All of our backs now can't catch at all. LT was always a good check down option and he was a better pass protecting RB than any of our other backs.

they had a guy like that. played well in preseason. got put into games when guys on the roster now fumbled away the ball.

that guy got cut in favor of a couple of over-the-hill ravens discards.
he now plays for the patriots. some front office guys don't go by what they see.
results count! potential means you haven't proven it yet.

    we miss LT and woodhead.

I just hope Rex and Tony and Tanny do some soul searching and say it's time we give Powell a chance to start because after 4 games Greene has proven to be unable to work behind a less than pristine line in front of him.

An undrafted free agent ran for like 150 against Buffalo today...time to take a chance and make guys accountable. Greene should be the first to lose his starting role.

LT was an OG, Definitely see the effects of him not being around.

So did i, thought Mcknight might step up but looking at it now the void LT left was took lightly both from a leadership standpoint and as a receiving threat. Think Sanchez has really missed a checkdown like that especially with keller out.

Powell and Greene are just not as explosive as LT,miss the screen threat he gave us.
