Note that if you are not a registered member, your application will show up as unregistered and we will have no way to contact you! How does the actual draft work? All participants will meet over a period of several days, and an actual draft will take place, where teams are on the clock, trades are being made, and lots of fun is taking place! It is the closest experience to the real NFL draft that there is! What freedoms do I have as GM? You have the ability to trade any player on your active roster and draft picks for both this year and next year. Trades can be made with anybody, provided they comply with the salary cap.
