For all of you season ticket holders who recieved ol Woodys' letter in the mail today as i did myself, what did you think of it? I personally think it was printed on some very nice paper!!! Other then that i wouldnt wipe my ass with the bs non sense he wrote in it. Well, Time to get going to our first preseason game. See you in the stands!!! P.S. why do i have a feeling this is woody's way of warming up to us before he slaps us in the face with PSL'S!!!!!!!
The Jets' announcement has been curiously delayed. I'm sure I heard on talk radio late last month that the Jets were going to provide details "within the first 10 days of August." We're obviously beyond that now. I did not receive the above mentioned letter yet.
I'm glad I checked to see if anyone posted about this before doing so. It was a letter full of a whole lot of nothing, but the reason I even thought about posting it at all was a brilliant idiocy (oxymorons rule) contained therein. Woody brings up the restrooms, and then makes an unintentional segue-way about the Stadium. Haha, you can't script it. HAH, WEEEEEEEEE! What a dope! No way that was on purpose, no matter whether he wrote it himself or someone else wrote it for him. :lol:
You could see at the game last night, that there definitely is a effort being made to clean up "the image" at the games. Weather ownership is truely concerned about wanting to make it an enjoyable family event, or they are trying to clean things up now knowing that there is going to be a significant change in who has season tickets when the PSL's come - doesn't matter either way. In my opinion it's been a long time coming! Don't get me wrong, I love to have a good time just as much as the guy next to me, but when it gets to point that people are uncomfortable being their children to a game - it's time for change.
I couldn't believe it. My seats are in 328 and last night security came up and ejected this guy at the top. I have no idea what he did or was doing, possibly throwing paper airplanes... The point is, noone seemed concerned, they came up and threw the guy out and it was a huge scene for NO reason.. I wondered if some guy got pissed and texted to the new text-line? This season will be interesting...
