I have to admit I thought during preseason that this team could be 10-6. I'll admit I was wrong. There are five problems with this team and it's evident. And unfortunately it is unlikely to change. 1) Our guard play is terrible. Winters is inconsistent and gets picked on by d lineman and Colon is a walking penalty. 2) Coaching and playcalling is a joke. Even the sportscasters know we will blitz on 3rd and long. And on offense, while MM is better than Schotty, he is underutilizing Ivory and wastes plays every game with Wildcat. And situational awareness by Rex is a joke. 3) Cornerbacks. Enough said. Allen should be playing opposite Pryor. 4) Deep threat at receiver. We don't have the guy who Stephen Hill was supposed to be on this roster. 5) Geno Smith - I put him last because he has flashes of greatness but he has idiot throws and plays almost every game. I put him last because I can't decide if he is more at fault or his "weapons".
