Leon I am starting Leon in my league this week as the Browns D is porous. On top of that, Bears said they will be getting Benson more involved earlier in the game.
The Browns give up 4.6 yards per rush and Leon is averaging 4.9, including 6.5 against the lions. I'm encouraged with Leon's chances this Sunday. I had picked Leon late in my fantasy draft; so I had him from the beginning!
tough choice, but not a bad one either, maybe you should go with jones in case they blow out SF and need to run out the clock in the second half. I think there O needs to rebound after the MNF debacle also.
I initially went with Thomas Jones, then switched to Leon. I have no idea who i am going to start, that is why I posted it here.
Thats a very tough choice indeed. In my league I have Edgerrin James who i despise of this year, Julius Jones, Thomas Jones, Dominic Rhodes and Leon Washington. My initial reaction to the lineups would have me starting Julius and Leon. I guess I have somewhat of the same question as JV28. Any suggestions?
i have barber/westbrook/mcgahee/jones/drew obviously i have to go w/ barber/westbrook each week, but it is tough to keep a player like jones on my bench...yet i actually think washington is the better play this week, b/c the bears refuse to give jones the carries that made him great last year i think each player should do well so neither situation is a bad one ...go with washington
Oh Well I guess I've shown not to listen to my advice. I started Leon... Even wors is that I had Desmond Clark, Marques Colston, and Reuben Droughns sitting on my bench with a total of 81 points.... Ugh.
Dude, that does suck. For once I left no points on my bench. All three of those guys started for me this week.
