He didn't mention Eric Barton or Chatham. Poor job. And we're behind Arizona?

I was suprised that Barton was not included at all, I think we are in the top 15 at least.

I think you are terribily way over estimating EB

I don't agree either. While Vilma is the only "superstar" so to speak, the LBers play well as a unit. Not to mention they completely left out Barton. Better than 23 IMO.

Do you think JV is in the top 5 LB in the NFL?

What r u talking about, EB lead the team in tackles his first year with the Jets (2004-2005), he made a tremendous impact. Was hurt pretty much all of last year.

Way, way down the list like the middle of all LBers as he is just a very average player which we have been known for for many, many years now whaich has resulted in us not winning CHAMPIONSHIPs

Kind of hard to say they play well as a unit when there are 4 new Lbs that have never played together. Plus Barton coming off the injury. I file this kind of article in my who the F cares category..

I don't se how the Jets can be rated as high as 23 with Thomas, Chatman, Hobson and Johnson being our oputside LB's. Vilma will most likley not near as effective in the 3-4 like Lewis suffered in the 3-4 in Baltimore. Barton is coming off an injury. Rating the LB unit as 23 is quite a reach.

Surely NO not even top 10 not big or strong enough & takes to much time to determine the play which results in the other side getting 4.3 YPC on plays he makes

I believe we belong around 15 until proven otherwise....of course the writer "forgets" about 2004 Jets leading tackler, eric barton....it's just the way things always go for the jets with the national media.....but that's just how i like it

    Brian Urlacher's was 4.2 i believe, so what's your point....the 4.3 was above-average for the league
