There's an antidote. Presumably the women used it on themselves after the attack. Also you can make the nerve agent via a chemical reaction between two non-lethal compounds. The Ack Ack executions were senior security officials. The story about the uncle that was fed to dogs came out of a Chinese paper and some question it's veracity, most think it was execution by firing squad, Kim Jong Un also had the uncles wife killed after she bitched about his death, then added on 7 more family members for good measure. That would make Nam lucky number 10.
