Khyree Jackson, a 4th round pick out of Oregon died in a car crash today. He had quit football after his freshman year. After working at a grocery store decided to give it another try and ended up at Oregon where he was drafted by Minn. According to the NY Times, 2 of his HS friends also died in the accident. "Investigators believe Jackson's car was struck by another vehicle trying to change lanes." They believe alcohol was involved. Very sad.
Oh, that was just not good. I heard about it right after it happened and I wish I hadn't looked at the photos of the car he died in, Holy Shit, it was crumpled like a ball of tin foil. The guy who hit them had to be going 100 mph. Ugh, sheese. RIP.
