I was actually referring to Casserly recommending Maccagnan to be our next GM. An ex GM who hasn't been in the game for over a decade picked his buddy who he gave his first NFL job to. The Texans were about to fire him, but Casserly thought he was a good candidate. That's what makes me a bit skeptical about Keyshawn. He's been out of the game for over a decade. Will he help us get out of the mess we're in or will he just get people he's friends with into the ear of Chris and Woody?
Oh I know. I was just commenting on Bowles. But that's what worried me about Gruden and previously the murmurs about Cowher everytime we had a head coaching vacancy. The game changes so much that it's hard for people who are out of touch to make the right call. I give Woody credit for at least admitting he doesn't know who TF to hire though. That's a step in the right direction until Chrissy stepped in and said I KNOW who will get the job done!
