What do you think about taking Kalimba and standing him up at OLB in the 3-4? He played the same position as Abe at USC - sometimes standing, sometimes in the sand. 27 yrs old, 6-6-265, 7 sacks last year. He's in Clev, who's looking to sign him as ROLB in their 3-4.

I'd take a shot at him.

I liked Edwards coming out of the draft. He was in a bad situation in Detroit, but showed some flashes. I'd give him a shot if Mangini thinks he's smart and tough enough.

I would not be upset if FO took a real long look at Edwards. Played in all but 1 game since 2002. 7 sacks last year. Oakland Tribune reporting that he was to visit the Raiders and was only 50/50 to sign with the Browns.

And what the hell are we doing?

I guess we'll wait till the crop dries up and then we'll bring back Lance Degree and play him at LB in the 3-4.
