I feel like a period would have been more appropriate punctuation. Impossible to be excited about this IMO. Just because it was the best option doesn’t mean it’s a good one.

    What a joke

You can't make up how bad of a start the new regime is off to

Our QB coach I hope is up to the job. Fields still has some rough edges and could use improvement. Hopefully TT can do some mentoring here and there.

Remember. Aaron Glenn said Win Now! If that’s the case I am happy with Fields. Now go get a WR and strengthen the Offensive and Defensive Lines.

Probably the best realistic option out there - he seems like a good guy and I will be rooting for him (at least to start off with!)

Did you watch the analysis of all 22 above? That was a GREAT move! We've upgraded the most important position.

I'm still hoping Jordan Travis grows into the role but this gives him time to get healed 100%

Same thing I said in the other thread. He’s young, fast and strong. He moves the ball, he just needs to speed up his timing so he doesn’t take so many sacks and fumble. I think that’s a bit easier to coach away than bad interceptions over the middle and what not.

The Jets should go fortify the line and run the read option with GW catching bombs off play action. We have three good backs. It’s not a hard formula to put together a ground control offense with what we have as long as we make sure we’re better on the offensive line.

Going to a QB that can move but has consistency problems. In this QB market though this is probably the best option.

If he’s as bad as some of you are proclaiming then we’ll be in the driver seat for a top 5 pick anyways.

If that’s the case I am walking to GWB and throwing myself down. My heart can’t take another 5 win season :(

I definitely won't be going to training camp this year and am pretty sure won't be watching past the first few games once it becomes apparent that this team is yet another train wreck.
