Just was browsing over some of the threads around here this afternoon because I went out lastnight and partied my ass off after the Jets had another very solid draft and solidified two positions that were in need of much help.

I am not sure what the complaints are all about. We got two immediate starters, both first round talents, and the only thing of real value we gave up was a stock pile of late round picks and the third rounder so many people did not want part with. Look at the third rounders we have drafted in the past....not to many have panned out.

My girlfriend is from Boston, and her parents are massive Pats fans (it makes me sick too) and her father called me today to tell me how all the people up in Boston feel that we had a much better draft than them, and how impressed they are with our FO, etcetc...

All in all, I am very happy, we got quality, not quantity..but both players are solid and even if neither becomes a pro-bowler, they are just about bust-proof.

If you're not sure what the complaints are about, read the threads. Threads complaining about other people complaining are as annoying as anything else.

I don't think our draft was that bad, but we didn't address the DL or OL. This, above all else bothers me. Take it as a complaint if thats what you want, but it's a legit concern heading into next season.

People are annoyed that we haven't picked in a while. Everyone expected to be sitting here analyzing draft picks and many are mad that they are bored. We got two potential starters

Yea, I tend to agree with you here. We got immediate impact guys by trading some late round question marks. Its nice to have lots of picks, but its better to bolster two positions on the first day with two very solid players.

David Harris: He is a stout run defender who rarely gets caught out of position and delivers some big hits. Just the idea of him lining up opposite Jonathan Vilma should keep opposing ball carriers up at night.

    Nice scouting report

I haven't even seen any complaints. All I see is people saying that we have no reason to complain, it's crazy....
