http://espn.go.com/mma/story/_/id/1...ones-faces-anti-doping-violation-removed-card Wow.... some guys just don't get it. His brother is another douche but seriously dude you are in line for the biggest payday of your life and you fuck it up. It's a good thing they have a killer card but insane. There are some really good fights on the undercard so hopefully they bump up one of them. I'd love to see the Diego Sanchez fight get pushed up to the main card but we'll see.
Noooo. I wanted to see this fight on Saturday. Cot dammit Jones. Sent from my BLU LIFE ONE X using Tapatalk
Be interesting to see what kind of purse Dana offered him to take the fight on short notice and also give up weight. He can't be in fighting shape.
Fight could go 2 ways Cormier destroys him or Cormier is so devastated from working so hard to prepare for Jones that he has complete lack of concentration and gets knocked into oblivion by Silva
I think Cormier wins, but we had a similar situation (replacement on short notice) with Bisping facing Rockhold and Bisping knocked out Rockhold (who was an enormous favorite).
Silva looked scared of taking shots when he fought Nick Diaz, maybe he found his confidence again, but taking shots from Cormier vs taking shots from Diaz is light years different.
I think age has caught up with Silva. From possible GOAT to a guy clearly on a downward spiral. While the 2nd fight was flukey with the snapped leg, Weidman still showed him he can no longer clown against top guys. He looked decent against Diaz (who hasn't won a fight since 2011) and very average against Bisping. Cormier should ragdoll him.
Lol. Results of this were pretty typical, the only thing that surprised me was Brock playing defense and wrestling the whole time, even though he's a champion wrestler. He looked scared of Hunt's power in the stand-up. Silva had no business being in the octagon, he must be in serious debt.
Lesner is one interesting dude. The guy has done it all. Like a wrestling renaissance man. Amateur champ, WWE, NFL, Japan, UFC, back to WWE, back to UFC. Now he throws it into Sable which I admire as well. In his book he said back in the day he would drink a freakin handle of vodka a day.
Funny how WWE made no statement and then proceed to draft him early in the WWE draft yesterday. They are all on that HGH shit
