I heard them talking about this on the radio yesterday. It is not a new book but honestly I did not even know he wrote a book ! They were saying it is pretty good, anyone here read it or know about it? It's called " confessions of a dirty football player " ,,,at least I think that's the title,,,, I might just go out and get it.
Yeah, it was published in 1970, I read it when I was a kid, thought it was good, but I haven't read it in like 20 years and only remember vague fragments. I may end up ordering it now just because I forgot about it's existence. On a note unrelated to the book, I remember being totally surprised that he ended up being a TENNIS umpire.
