John Hall

I figured that was going to happen. I've heard rumors for awhile now.

ESPNews reports the Washington Redskins have released PK John Hall.

This should've happened years ago. He'd win a game winner every once in a while, but he'd miss the 20yd gimme all the time.

 

I've also read that Mike Vanderjagt wants a job. Wonder if Skins are going to get a vet or draft one?

 

I don't remember if he could kickoff deep. If he could we should try and pick him up as a KOS.

 

thought it was a hemp necklace all this time. hope he goes to a team that gives him a better fit helmet. that helmet was always tilted foward covering his eyes. i wanna to beat his face in when he missed the kick against detriot to get us in the playoffs.

Im pretty sure he was awesome at kicking off deep when we first got him, like back in 98 or so, he led the league in touchbacks i think.



Just checked: In 97 and 98 he had a ridiculous amount of touchbacks, then his production fell off dramatically for the rest of his career

To draft a player, you need draft picks.... which I'm not sure they have....

 

I liked John Hall when he was a Jet, but as a Redskin the injury bug bit him pretty badly. He is damaged goods now.
