Im going to say 17-13 Jets . This is going to be a tough game. I wouldn't be surprised to see this game go into OT for the first time this postseason. Sanchez: 213 yrds 1TD 1 Fumble (not recovered by Steelers just because of the weather conditions) Tomlinson: 63 yrds , 40 rec yrds Greene: 45 yrds 1TD Holmes: 60 yrds 1 TD Jets D: 2 INTs , 1 forced fumble, 4 sacks. :steelers: Dicuss your predictions. Other stats are welcome.
It should be a battle, two similar teams. I want Pitt to win, but it's going to be very hard to bet against you guys if you keep putting gameplans together and executing them like you have.
Every time I think we will lose we win. Every time I think we will win we lose. Well I'm saying we are winning next week. I don't care about the first statement I said. We aren't beating Manning then Brady only to lose to a POS raping franchise. We are taking that game with the momentum we have. Afterall they played like shit yesterday.
Corrected that for ya.... Last time I checked the Steelers still won the game. Championship teams win games even when they play bad.
I think this will be a great game. unlike the pats - i have a ton of respect for the steelers. That said I just think this Jets team is better than the Steelers are and that the Jets are on a mission for big D.
Congradulations Jet fans..You played one hell of a game and opened alot of eyes in the football world on the level of play on BOTH sides of the ball...To be honest, I was rooting for NE because I felt they had the best chance of beating Pittsburg (based on past history). I cannot stand Pittsburgh:steelers:. Pitt is a team that thrives off opportunistic plays such as busted plays that turn into big gainers or turnovers..A mistake free game by the Jets and I feel very good about your chances...Sure it will be difficult for the Jets offence to move the ball, but I don't see Pittsburgh having much luck either..With their "possession" style wide receivers your corners will be all over them like a cheap suit...Add the fact that the Steelers are banged up at their offensive tackle positions it will be a painful day for rapelisburger...Good luck Jets...I'll be pullin' for ya!!:jets:
Mike Wallace, Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown are all speedsters. Anything but "possession" style.
Well I find it odd that those "speed burners" were not involved in the two scoring plays (both Miller and Ward scored TD's)..I'm guessing besides Wallace, the other two are not every down wideouts and come in only on spread formations.
