OMG. The Arizona Cardinals aren't #32. How did that happen? They used to be deaddog last in all of these surveys.
Their value will be much higher when the stadium is done and they actually own it. Then their debt/value will also go significantly down,
Presumably. Interesting, though, that the Jets/Giants are so evenly matched in the numbers. I wouldn't have thought that. And, I have a confession - I only dangled the debt/value worm at the end of my line to see if I could catch me a champfish. Or, maybe even smoke me out a BIHW, which is the messageboard equivalent of the muskellunge.
Has to do with their new stadium I think, attendance has gone up. Sad to see the 49ers so far down. They used to be one of the leagues vanguard organizations, now look. How the mighty have fallen.
Well, when you think about it. When the satdium is done, they will have a lot more income, a lot less expense and they will own a billion dollars+ worth of real estate. Right now all they own is a hole in the ground and have 600 million dollar loans(each) to show for it. About the only team that may be worth more by then is Dallas as they are building a new stadium too. Just not sure if Jones is doing it or the city/state there.
We will be #2 to the Giants ,maybe # 3 once Dallas gets it`s new place open cause their new stadium is supposed to cost 1 billion also and their not splitting the value with anyone
Not a bad return on his investment after only 8 years. Once he retires the loan for our 1/2 share of the stadium that should spike its worth again which will probably be 1/2 years after the stadium is done thru the PSLs
Actually the Jets and Giants value will be almost equal. The Giants are slightly higher right now, most likely, due to the rent we pay. Once the Jets are equal partners in the stadium, no more rent, it would equal things out. Both teams will have new practice facilities. So the only differential would come from merchandising and things of the like. And I doubt there will be a major difference there.
They will still find away to put us under the stinking G-MEN ,even if they use the excuse that that Giants Offices being on site and the Jets off site makes them worth more.....
Maybe your team could pawn that Lombardi trophy from last year. Maybe you can get a little scratch out of that to help boost ya up there. Sucks don't it?
There's a trashtalking forum, which I encourage you to use. Foreign fans are welcome at this site. Some of them are valued contributors. You, on the other hand, haven't added much outside of trashtalk; and that fine, in the proper forum. Tell you what I think - and this is just me, but I feel strongly enough to spell it out. You have a Boston area IP address, as do several Jets fans on this site, myself included. You, though, are a Colts fan, which makes me wonder if you aren't just a Patriots fan who found a new shtick to needle Jets fans. For now, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Some other mod might not be so generous, but the purpose of this post is just to let you know that you're wearing thin. Contribute something more than trolling and you'll be here as long as you want.
