    I really wish they would just drop the whole NY Titans bullshit already. The 80's unis rocked. I agree - bring those back.

    I DO NOT CAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE about the NY Titans. The majority of Jets fans DO NOT REMEMBER the Titans. Why do we keep bringing back that horrid piece of history?

    No way. The Titans of NY uni's are really nice. I just ordered one the other day.

    The ugliest uni's in the league are Denver's throwbacks they'll be wearing this year, or possibly Philadelphia's.

    Does anyone get why they are doing this? This season is the 50th Anniversary of the AFL. If you don't know what the AFL is please raise your hand. The origiginal 8 teams are wearing a uniform from their original AFL days. So why would the Jets wear their 80s uniforms?!?!

    And finally the NY Titans ARE the NY Jets!

    You beat me to it...

    Puzzles me how with all the bitching, nobody even knew what the deal was. As Jets fans, I think we owe it to the franchise to embrace our teams history. If there was never any NY Titans, there would be no NY Jets, atleast not in the sense that we know them now.

    It's irritating to hear "we're the Jets not the Titans". The whole reason they did this a few years ago is to inform everyone of the Titans and what they went thru before bring sold.
