So Last speaking to my rep about a year ago stating they will not charge for the (last) year... Yet, out of nowhere my card starts getting charged w/ ZERO heads up. No email No Call No anything, then I check my online account and they already charged not once but two installments. I've only gotten one bill so far but either way, did ANYONE get a heads up that the billings were gonne resume?
I may need a lawyer, this is getting ugly now as the JETS have sent me a letter using fords like "Default" and the likes meanwhile I paid my PSLs off on day 1. Also, they may have done some unscrupulous things via my account. Either way, Is it me or do they seem to try and paint/label their PSL holders who are leaving as the guilty parties on paper to remove any "wrong doing" on their end? Either way, I'm making a few phone calls cause if this is how they are treating anyone else I would like to know. I'll start a poll.
