Great. We signed the most boring QB in NFL history. Can't stand the statue. Personality like a cardboard box. Yeah, he's gonna be fun to watch! I'm already falling asleep just thinking about it.

A good insurance if Sam goes down again this year. A washed up Vet still a capable back up.

Nice move. If Sam goes down for a game or 2, it's not an automatic loss now.

He was atrocious in Denver last year. Looked like he didn't give a shit. Not a fan.

Good move. He's being brought in as a backup; not to compete for a starting job.

1 year, $1.5mm per Bleacher Report.

You’re right, we should have signed Mahomes to back up Darnold....

Excellent insurance particularly in this years environment. He can hold the fort for a few games if needed without the threat of an aUtomatic loss.

Good signing as a back-up and experienced QB for Sam to communicate with about things. Not expensive either! Let’s hope he doesn’t have to take to the field, but if he does he shouldn’t seem completely overwhelmed and is still capable. Good guy for Morgan to learn from also.

    Great move.

We've been clamoring for a veteran backup for weeks now.

$1.5 million works. Easy to cut if others are better.

Great signing for that price imo. There is 3 million in incentives. I imagine its playing time etc.

This is a great signing to me. another perspective for Sam to learn from watching in camp. Cheap and proven. Didn't know he was a NJ native. If he embraces a new phase of his career along with coming home, could be an awesome story.

I wonder how many games it will take before the fanbase starts wanting Flacco as our starting QB, can't wait!

Fine by me. No way in hell we were going into the season with Fales & Morgan as QB2/QB3.
