Jets Sign Ex Philly DE Vinny Curry

Good signing. Was efficient in limited snaps last year Lawson, Williams, Rankins, Curry on obvious pass downs should bring heat.

 

I like it, he's solid as a situational pass rusher.

 

Not huge fan, he is 32... but sure is on the cheap. Would like Ingram if we are interested in bringing in vet pass rusher.

Agree situational pass rusher and not a bad thing.

 

I like this signing for three reasons. One, hopefully, it means we will NOT be drafting a DE in this draft. Two, I think he is still a good situational pass rusher and will help. Three, I think Huff and Zuniga can learn a lot from Lawson and Curry. I just hope that Curry doesn't take too many of their snaps.

 

So how little do you actually know about Vinny Curry?

Well, I'm glad people who know more about him than me were able to post. But it's just hard looking at his stats for me to act like this is a huge signing. Can't complain about the price, that's for sure.

 

Seahawks may he releasing one of their dlinemen, Jarren Reed. Would pair well with our other dline signings
