Anyone else noticed today that the jets got rid of the horrid guys running through the field w/ flags with young women? One step closer to NYJ Cheerleaders.
Yeah! Usually the flag wavers are four dudes in their 30s. Today they were 4 hotties.. all probably 19-25 and GORGEOUS. Real good looking. It's a nice change.
I had season tickets in 1993. I remember that some drunk dropped down onto the field, picked up one of those flags and started running around until he was tackled. That was awesome. TBTF
They were hot as hell, and wearing damn tight pants. Got some nice views at the game too, even if it was the upperdeck. Adding some fireworks after they scored too. Very pleased with the way the game was presented today.
i would love me some jets cheerleaders, and now without jerald sowell here to distract them, they might actually work
There won't be cheerleaders. The Meadowlands does not have enough room, according to the NFL, to have them there safely. I know, when college games are there, it's not a problem, but this is an NFL rule. Also, the Giants want no part of cheerleaders, so the new stadium will be built like the meadowlands in terms of the space beyond the sidelines. Keep in mind, while there are no cheerleaders, this is part of the reason the views from the meadowlands are very good and why you're so close to the action compared to other stadiums.
I think the new stadium will def have enough room for cheerleaders, so in 2010 you'll have your girls to oggle.
I was in shock today when what I expected to be 4 guys runnign out of the tunnel was actually 5 hot chicks (J-E-T-S-!), they were all drop-dead-gorgeous. Especially the blonde with the curly hair in the corner around sectoin 100. As for the fireworks, I think the only reason we had them today is because the pyro-people who did the fireworks at the last game really fucked it up. Half of them didn't go off, others went off too early or too late. It was really poorly done. I can only assume that the they agreed to to it again to make up for their previous screw-up.
Notice?? They were the highlight of the game. Excellent job by the camera man getting them on the jumbotron every chance they got.
Nope... Giants specifically said they wanted a stadium that is close to the field like the existing one, and both teams said no cheerleaders already when plans were made.
