finally a thanksgiving game. Now I have an excuse not to talk to my cousins. Does this mean the game will be broadcasted on NFL network? or a major station. God NFL Network's coverage blows
finnally its been since 85 when the Lions beat us up pretty good it will probably be a CBS game since they rotate and the Jets will be on the road agianst an NFC team Det will get the Fox game
Wow, if that's true then my behind is not traveling this year to see family. (There is a god!) Thanksgiving at home with a JETS/Cowboys game. Yesssssss.
Not a huge fan of Thanksgiving games. Or Christmas games, for that matter, with the game we had vs. Miami this year. Holidays are stressful enough, without having to watch a Jet game. Give me a the Sunday after Thanksgiving. If you're not traveling, it's a quiet day of recovery.
crap i cant find it anywhere else but its on nfl netwrok with roger godell talking and they just showed the 3 games - didnt see who else is playin casue i was so excited when i saw the J-E-T-S:up:
Well we know Detroit is playing. I wonder if this info is coming from the owners meeting that is going on?
Awesome! We'll be going to my son's house for Thanksgiving dinner and I get to watch a Jets game there! Thanksgiving is gonna rock!
I hate the change in routine for these games, the away team always seems disadvantaged. Jeez, now when I have the 40 or so people at my house for Thanksgiving I'll have to force them all to shut up so I can hear the game. Not thrilled but it is what it is. At least we're not playing in Europe....
throw backs to what? We already wear what are essentially throwbacks. And don't give this Remember the Titan's bullshit. This is the first time in living memory the Jets play on thanksgiving, I'm going to be pretty shocked if they show up as anything other than the mean and green Jets.
By the way, here is the link. We'll be on CBS.... http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2813500
