Like many of you on this board, I enjoy economics, politics, and of course sports (although I hate SABR), don't know how many of you are familiar with fivethirtyeight.com. But they have a analytical tool for comparing teams. In sum, if you're not a nerd they basically say this, the packers have been the best organization, the 49ers had the best team ever in the 80s, and Dallas was very good. I love shit like this. I like looking at the ebb and flow of the graph and matching memories to the joy and heartbreak. Conclusions: not enough joy. Too much heartbreak.
