This is the schedule so far. Better start to book some time off with all these late late games. Nice to see us on so much though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for internet coverage as well, as ADTV or whatever its called has now been zapped  Tue, 16 Aug 01:00 ESPN New York Jets at Houston Texans Tue, 16 Aug 08:45 ESPN New York Jets at Houston Texans Mon, 12 Sep 01:00 C4 Dallas Cowboys at New York Jets Mon, 03 Oct 01:00 C4 New York Jets at Baltimore Ravens Tue, 18 Oct 01:30 ESPN Miami Dolphins at New York Jets Mon, 14 Nov 01:00 C4 New England Patriots at New York Jets
You might be able to pick up a few more games, Germany is waay more enthusiastic about football than the UK, unfortunately.
Dammit, I thought there was an extra game then! I`m not shelling out for SKY sports this year, so any games outside of that channel are a bonus.
Anyone with the full Sky Sports package can go to sky.com/espnoffer and get ESPN HD for three months free. There's no contract so I'm planning to take it out and ditch it after the Dolphags game.
nfl network is going to be showing all the preseason games (not live but thats fine as they are on at like 2am for us) and you can get it online for only £6 for 3 months! The quality is incredible as well.
is there a way to get the games online...I dont have sky, we only have AFN in Germany....I dont mind finding streams that guys post on the site here but I wouldnt mind being able to know I can watch every game this year.....
Sky and the various channels they provide do broadcast the vast majority of American TV shows however there tends to be a delay of a minimum 6 weeks before they hit us. I used NFL game pass last year. Worked out around £8 a week which for some may be expensive but I saw every game I wanted to either live or on delay other than the playoffs but I have Sky anyway. Quality was great and NFL Network is included. Hooked up the laptop to my large screen TV and away I went
why not get a league pass then, when in germany its only 175€ with all preaseason, regular season game live, nfl network 24/7 and archives from all games played since 2009, well worth it, würd ick ma an deiner stelle ma überlegen wat
AFAIK you dont get the pre-season games with the Game Pass - there is a separate pre-season game pass but its only available to people in the US (unless the offering is different in Germany). We get screwed here as it the only territory where you dont get the Red Zone coverage I understand due to the deal with Sky. Game Pass is awesome though (but expensive to pay in one big chunk)
That's good to know - it only ever seems to refer to regular season games aside from this I found in the FAQs Preseason Can I choose which team's local broadcast I want to watch in NFL Game Pass during NFL Preseason games? A: No, there will be only one feed available for each NFL Preseason broadcast within NFL Game Pass. Not very clear what you will actually get.
I believe that relates to commentary choice in terms of national or local in terms of where the broadcast is coming from but you're right not that clear
I can 100% confirm that all pre season games are on gamepass this year, I just subscribed yesterday. Important to note for UK users though that the redzone channel is not included in the package and that whatever games sky show at 6pm and 9pm will be blacked out and not available on gamepass for 6 days, not sure regarding primetime games. No discount either! Luckily these restrictions don't effect Ireland even though we get the same Sky package!!
It is a bit of a piss take that the best feature of gamepass is not available but there is no discount.
Definitely, redzone is immense. Plenty of discussion on NFLUK forum about this. Recommend any uk lads thinking of getting gamepass to read some of the posts there first.
