According to Brian Costello in a article on PFT Rex and the Jets canceled the saturday night defense and offensive meetings to take the team to dave n busters arcade. Its like Vince Lombardi once said, " Take The team to the arcade".Anyone have a problem with this? Buffalo might see it as a lack of respect
Thought that it was a great idea .... Who gives a sh*t if The Jills see it as a sign of disrespect ....
I'll let ya know at 4:30. For a team that hasn't put back to back wins together this season, there's probably more productive ways to pass the time.
Who gives a fuck about what Buffalo thinks. And think about it....Geno probably was still able to get some practice reps in at D&B
They had 2 weeks to prepare. Letting go a little and having some fun is not a bad thing. Its not like they took them to a club and got shit wasted like JR Smith before a playoff game.
Why did Costello even bring this up to the forefront? Why twist it too give the Bills this as bulletin board material? Is this even worth reporting? I think the day he picks the Jets to win(He has yet to pick the Jets to win the whole year) is the day I get Victoria Secret models swarming all over me. I think he is one of the better reporters but this just does not make sense to me. What does he have to gain with this "news"?
No biggie after two weeks if they are not ready for the bills now they wouldnt be after 1 more meeting.
Stuff like this is overrated, if we win it was a great idea, if we lose its a horrible idea. Teams do different things all the time and the results have gone both ways, as long as we dont pull a 2007 Cowboys and go on a complete vacation then im cool with it.
I don't see a problem with it. Clearly the things Rex did other bye weeks didn't work in the past and clearly their schedule this year after wins hasn't helped them either.
Rex is now 1-4 coming off the bye. That's disgraceful. Maybe he needs to trim down on the D&B and focus more on the X's and O's, huh?
