    Yeah this makes Glenn look worse and worse by the day. He’s essentially fired his entire coaching staff at this point.

    They deserved to be fired.
    Glenn and Mougey should be fired as well.

    The product put on the field and the team strategy was JD/Gase level bad.

    It does, but it makes Woody look even more incompetent than everyone already knows he is. You wanna keep the coach on and have him call his own defense and shake up the offensive side a bit? Perfectly reasonable. To RESTART on offense and get rid of one of the very few guys that wasn't part of the problem. Ridiculous. Just fire Glenn and start over completely.

    I'd say this is starting to get embarrassing but we've been a total embarrassment for 15 years straight now. And really, mostly embarrassing for the majority of the last five decades.

    It's not as terrible a move as when we let go of LaFleur, but it's still a bad move. More dysfunction in one of the most dysfunctional eras of the most dysfunctional organization in professional sports.

    And, to think we're going to replace him with someone who hasn't had success in the NFL in several years.

    Disappointing. It seemed kinda inevitable though as they kicked around the idea of bringing Reich in to calling plays. Obviously Engstrand was going to object to that idea

    At this point, Woody needs to fire AG and just start clean.

    As soon it was established Engstrand was getting fired Glenn should have been with him. To completely overhaul the entire staff except for the head coach is completely unprecedented and frankly insane for 31 other franchises. This is unfathomable to take the lone bright spot and snuff it out, seriously if you were purposefully trying to tank an organization this is the blueprint.
