The Cardinals aren't going anywhere this season, they should do us a solid and cut Feely

I'd be heartbroken with the Jets if I was Feely.

Nick Folk had problems in a dome. Jeff Reed kicked at Heinz field for 8 seasons.

It always amazes me how there are 10-15 great kickers in the NFL and those are the same guys that stick around for 10 years. There are hundreds of golfers who can land a ball 10 feet from a hole in the ground when they're two football fields away but only a handful of shmucks that have the ability to kick a football between two posts. Sure there's the snap/hold, 11 guys in front of you trying to block it, and the hopes and dreams of fans riding on your kick.. but c'mon.

This. Bring in Reed for a tryout to at least see how he looks.

I'd also like to see how Folk responds to a little competition.

I read that Reed was contacted by a bunch of teams after he was cut, but decided to wait and check his options hoping to catch on with a good team that can make a run. I doubt he could find a better situation than the Jets.

Brown has perfected the art of missing potential game-winning kicks.

    Folk or Reed, please.

The guy who we should've signed is already gone. Suisham.

At this point I'd go with Jeff Reed. He's had a rough year thus far but was money in the bank the past three years

How is it that teams like the Patriots find great kicker after great kicker, yet the Jets never find anyone who's even close to great?

Agreed. The Jets should bring 4 or 5 of the available kickers (and Folk, of course) and have an open competition for the job.

Whoever does the best under the pressure of kicking for employment will probably do best when kicking for a win.

About time...I do think we should give a look at kickers...Not sure about replacing them, but I am having less and less confidence in Folk and I was a huge basher of him at the start of the season.

Bring in Reed to see how he does.

Biggest concern with Folk is the drop off in his strength on KICKOFFS...MAJOR concern
