    Fantastic!

    Go Jets!

As expected, the Jets activated RB Derrick Blaylock for Sunday's game with the Jaguars at Alltel Stadium. Blaylock will take the place of Cedric Houston, a second-year veteran from Tennessee. Houston, who suffered a knee injury against Indianapolis, did not practice during the week.

    New York Jets Inactives
#6 QB Kellen Clemens (3rd QB)
    #34 RB Cedric Houston
    #44 FB James Hodgins
    #56 LB Anthony Schlegel

The Jags will miss the services of receiver Matt Jones, a match-up nightmare for most defenses. They will also line up without defensive tackle Marcus Stroud. Stroud, a three-time All Pro, had played in 84 consecutive games.

Lets hope that just because Blaylock is activated, doesn't mean he'll be getting much playing time.

Definitely, we have looked like the worst team in football in the 1st quarter of every game so far.

Okay. Had a good Sunday so far. Watched the tape of the Mets win, went to church had a great roasted chicken at Maggiano's, and I'm home in time to listen to the Jets! The 770 AM link on thegamelive.com does work by the way.

Don;tmean to steal your thunder Rob, but we too have had our fair share of horrible looking starts. That has been our mantra the past 3 years actually.
