New to the area and looking for a sweet sports bar for Monday night and pretty much every other game this season. I'm gonna try Buffalo Billiards in Dupont if I can't find a real Jet bar. DC Jets fans, where's your spot? :beer:
Try Champions, Front Page, Irish Times or LuLu's. You should get a few Jets fans at all those places.

Depends on the place. Some places will card you at the door and only let in 21+. Other places will let you in and hang out as the bartender would ID you if you're trying to booze. Usually the rule of thumb is if they're a restaurant/known for their food, they'll let you in. If it's primarily a bar, you're probably outta luck. At a slight tangent, on the off chance that there are any other TGG posters in Ottawa then the James Street Pub was starting to turn into a bit of a Jets bar towards the end of last season - there were quite a few Jets fans in there for our games and I saw a few of them in there on Monday who I was chatting to, looks like we will be making it Jets Central this season as well.
51st State in Georgetown/Foggy Bottom serves as a NY sports bar. You'll find a couple of Jets fans in that one.
Yeah I need to find a place in the DC area as well, Im up by Tenleytown As far as age for bars, I tried to get into a bar in DC to watch the LSU game tonight, they wouldnt let me in because Im not 21. It could just be that place but I don't know
