So I bought a White #10 Pennington Jersey a couple of years ago.

Turned it into a Holmes jersey by taping a piece of cloth over the name plate and writing "HOLMES". It looked sweet.

Holmes made me mad and I'm not wearing that quitter's jersey ever again.

Should I now change the number to 70 and tape "DEVITO" over the "HOLMES"?

Is it too soon to go back to the original "PENNINGTON"? If it's too soon for that, how long until it becomes retro?

Sew the neck hole and sleeves shut and use it as a ball bag.

Totally didn't think of that. Maybe I can bring it to the store for groceries and when they ask if I want paper or plastic, I can whip out my #10 and say "No thanks, I brought my own." That would be pretty cool.

Dye it blue and put manning on the back, then sell it on ebay. Cash money!

Ha! Hey, don't put the macaroni and spaghetti in that plastic bag, it'll fit just fine in the right sleeve of my #10 shopping bag.

How much will Flynn have to pay Tone for the #10 jersey? I'm guessing somewhere in the neighborhood of $12 million and a Hefty bag filled with stinky bud.

Or I could change the "10" to a "90", spray paint it light blue, put "SUH" on the back, and sell it on EBay!

Great ideas. Keep em coming. I really don't want to buy a new jersey. The team is really mediocre and I'm a little tight for cash right now. Besides, I just ordered a new "McElroy" #14, that I plan to make into a "Todd" if McElroy gets cut.

Just buy a blank jersey and tape a dry-erase board to your back. Then you can pick a new guy every week.

    Instructions:

    Things You'll Need:
Team jersey or picture of jersey
    Paper
    Pen or pencil

    1. Look at reference pictures or a team jersey and study the designs for the men's jersey. The designs will have a specific color and pattern associated with a specific team. The basic design and color scheme cannot change in the design of a women's jersey.

    2. Consider possible decorations to add to the jersey design that will look feminine while not altering the basic color schemes or designs. Decorations like sequins, rhinestones or similar small objects are usually a good choice.

    3. Draw a basic design, using the original men's design for a layout and then adding decorations and cuts that suit a woman's taste and body type. A woman's cut should taper at the waist. Add decorations as preferred that represent various materials, such as sequins or beads.

Or maybe something like these. You could always mail one to Holmes, he might like it.

Is this for me or the wife? I'm not judging, just need to get the sizing right. If I made a thong out of it, can you think of any players with 1 or 2 letters in their name?

I would never presume to tell you if you should make this for yourself or or wife. I never, ever judge. To be safe, I would go in between sizes for sharing purposes.

I fear that a thong, however, is not a feasible option here for logistical and practical reasons. Unless you are VERY crafty... I would not attempt this.

Also... that dress sells for $150 on Etsy and the Skirt is $100, so you COULD have a goldmine on your hands and not even know it.

ETA: apparently I was wrong about the thong thing. [IMG]
