But a competent guy holding the ball is critical. Maybe this man can do it. Apologies if this isnt hugely thread-worthy. I had a look but couldnt find another appropriate discussion to join.
It's between him and Jalin Marshall for returns. My guess is Ross makes the team and Marshall goes on the practice squad.
sorry....just preparing myself! Seems like my favorite youngsters always get whacked, sometimes at the last second.
Major news!!!!The daily news just ran out of ink printing headlines of this for tommorows paper. What's next? "Revis gets new shoelaces and what it means for the team" thread?
Kind of hoping J Marshall wins the KR/PR job bit in the end I'll be happy whoever wins IT in the field.
Some of the beat writers have been talking up J Marshall saying he had a really nice spring as a WR. That can only help him secure a roster spot if he can also carve out a ST role as a returner and gunner.

This is cool and all, but i really wanted to see what Dixon could do... He's blazing fast. I heard he had problems with his vision though in Pitt.
You do know why the Ravens cut Jeremy Ross. He had real bad fumbling problem on special teams. Jmo I would be surprised if he beat J Marshall for that job. ( upside way higher as returner and more versatile- can line up more places on offense.
