SD leads 11-0 over Houston, top of the 1st. Jennings hasn't been pulled.

a rare offensive outburst for SD

    I don't know what's more amazing:

the fact that the padres scored 11 runs in an inning or that houston left jennings in there that long

Yeah. I was wondering why they left him in that long. If he only got 2 out of 11 guys out, it should be fairly obvious that he had nothing well before then.

be real embarrassing if stauffer can't get the win. he's getting hit hard in the 4th.

    12-4 game now

on the 12th pitch, palmeiro singled, driving in a run. 12-5 now.

stauffer is up to 90 pitches, still in the 4th
