Now that walker has been given permission to seek a trade do you think there is any chance we make a run at him?
doubt it seems it ethier gonna be the saints,Denver, or SF maybe even philly.. but from what i seen so far we have showed no intrest. which sucks cause walker is a hell of player i would give up and 2nd for him in a heartbeat.
walker isnt a pain in the ass... all he wanted was a long term deal. and brett farve screwed him over i wouldnt want to play with his punk ass ethier. hell now even driver wants out now.
I know he wanted a long term deal but how did Farve screw him over? Where did you read Driver wants out? I thought that him and Farve got along and Walker wasn't happy because he had gotten hurt while playing instead of holding out like Drew Rosenhaus had wanted him to and then the Packers wouldn't give him the deal he wanted.
Isn't Espn saying the whole team desn't like Favre for doing that to walker and now doing this to the team this season????
I didn't get to hear that and only read parts of it on the close captions. I missed any thing about Driver, most of the time when Farve stuff comes on I just go do something else. I could see why Farve would say it was wrong for him to stay out of mini camp but not "I sure hope the Packers don't give in to him." Players I think can talk about guys missing camps because it hurts the whole team but as far as the contracts it's only really about that one player.
