I felt like - well. I never thought I'd initiate anything like this, much less in appreciation of that gay. Well. It's what it is; I was watching the game again, and I kept seeing #99 driving two blockers into the face of Brady times and again. Even though the sacks were taken by Ellis (2), Pouha (1) and Coleman (1 - but Coleman case was more of egregious blunder on Brady than spectacular blocking by Taylor) you cannot deny that Taylor was involved in all four sacks. (The only sack where Taylor wasn't involved was the Pace sack - which is, oddly enough, from the few conventional 3-4 look Ryan employed that night.) Not only that, but he was constantly driving the defenders, showing up in Brady's face. There were more than handful of passes that Brady hurried because he saw Taylor charging in, and simply got scared (like a bitch that he is). For that, even though he didn't have anything to show up for statistically, I thought he was instrumental in the defensive gem of a game last weekend. Anyone else agree?
When I re-watched the game I noticed he had a lot more good moments than I realized on first watch. He was the reason Ellis got that 2nd sack for sure, and there were other times he came around the corner and tied up a few blockers. I also saw him down field in coverage a few times.. and I noticed how emotional he was the whole time. Pumping fists, etc. Hopefully he can put together a throw back performance on Sunday and get some pressure against the Steelers crappy offensive line.
His impact and LT's impact have to be huge from a leadership standpoint. I loved picking them both up as soon as we did
Is that a Miami thing ? That said props to Taylor... haven't noticed his contribution that much but happy he's contributing to the success of this team. I'd love it if he could get a SB ring with us... just to rub it in the Dolphins face
I also noticed that they had him engage then back off and defend the quick WR screen with his height, I think that helped as well.
he did the same stuff gholston can do basically. I was hoping for a big play in the game. Gholston takes on double teams pretty consistently and can generate a decent push too. JT has made some big plays for us this yr, so I'm not hating or anything. Hopefully he can make a big play vs pitt to help get us to the SB.
I remember in the off-season we had a thread with this video. Still my favorite quote of the video "It's gonna be fucked up when Miami's in the Super Bowl."
This video is awesome for many reasons. Besides the obvious stupidity of burning the jersey that likely cost over $100 behind his double wide trailer ... 1) Retarded Dolphins fan can't figure out how to video tape without it being fucking sideways. 2) Retarded Dolphins fan talking about the classless Jets in the same video where he wishes injury and death upon a player for switching teams. 3) Retarded Dolphins fan talking about Brett Favre (no longer on Jets) and Jason Taylor sucking each others dicks in front of a kid. 4) Retarded Dolphins fan saying "It's gonna be fucked up when the Dolphins are in the superbowl and you're sitting home in a Jets jersey". Bahahahahah 5) Retarded Dolphins fan repeatedly making drug references and then posting the video on youtube with his face. Did I miss anything?
Nice to see moron stoner phin fans on their shitty patio exposing their child to inhaling toxic pvc fumes. hopefully the inhaled poison will prevent these inbred meth crackers from further procreation.
This is why I like the OP he needs to post more. I saw jason fuck up so many timing routes sunday it was beautiful. Playbook just went over that too. And there was one play where he dropped into coverage to take out Woodhead on the flat was great. And then the next play he got pressure on Brady. The old men have saved their best for last it seems.
JT has done nothing. All the sacks he gets are coverage sacks or a mercy sack where the QB runs into him. The safety he had against Pittsburgh, Moore lept into his arms like a ballerina. He is all luck, I wish the Jets kept Feely
 i saw what the op saw on rewatch, jt balled out. his motor was relentless ... rex and co really kept the older players fresh
