    wow something unseen must have happened to dearth, because his LS ability didnt fall off much last season that i saw. If he was still his same ol' self, he certainly wouldnt be jobless. Something must be up with his mechanics or whatnot.

    That is comforting to know he's out there in case we have problems with our current one. Still need to give Purdam a shot though. Dearth won't live forever.

    Could it be a veteran money issue? And they don't want to guarantee it all to a LS?

    If I never hear the long snapper's name, it means he had a good season.

    Knowing Dearth is out there just in case Purdum gets the willies is nice to know.
