    What's the deal with that?
I posted a thread a few days ago
"I hate to admit it but players don't like playing for the J-E-T-S"
A lot of people on this board act like I slapped their moma by saying that. They were the people missing my point. The point wasn't that the Jets should shell out a lot of $$$ to get some one. Or the season is over because they didn't get a cheap player. The point is, they are having trouble getting anyone willing to play for the organization. They are yet to sign someone they were intrested in along with another team. I know the new HC is picky. No problem. But he's had real intrest in several players that fit. They declined.
Chatman is decent not elite. But he is leaving an offer on the table to visit team that are not showing as much intrest.
Is it having a first time HC?(young)
    Offensiveline being rebuilt?
Mawae said the facility is below average compared to other NFL teams. Is that it?
    Is it the Owner?
    Media?
    What?

I think what it is is that we will no longer overpay for FA's. It will take Tangini a season to show that this organization is on the right track. Once we start putting together a winning franchise then we will start to sign players that are committed to winning for cheaper than the washington's would be willing to pay. It all takes time my friend.

    That's a true statement.
I look at guys Lie on T.V. " I came here because this team is about winning more than anything else." And they are talking about Detroit, New Orleans, Tenn, and teams that are not up there with the Jets. I'm kind of leaning towards it being the new young HC haven't proven anything also.
