That could be, but so do most people when the adrenaline is pumping. Regardless, ribs are a whole different monster. I've cracked ribs snowboarding in the past, and doing anything hurts to some extent. Yawning, coughing, sneezing... Hell, sitting up in bed can be agonizing.
Vail is and always has been my favorite Colorado resort. Having a young son doesn't allow me to get up the mountain as often as I'd like these days, but I still get a few trips up every year. That said, Whistler is my all time favorite mountain.
Whistler sucks and nothing beats Aspen with over 50 lodges up in the mountains and skiing up to the Aspen bars at the bottom of the hills.
He didn't hide the injury. They did X-rays the day after the Seattle game when they got back to the facilities because he complained they were sore. Nothing showed up and he continued to practice fully. He probably made them worse during the St. Louis game and it was Monday when he was having problems sleeping and so they did the MRI & CT scan on Tuesday and saw the fractures. The timeline isn't that hard to comprehend but Rex doesn't know his head from his ass lately so trying to glean information from him is a bit of a challenge.
