Just read a thread that said we were going to try and trade up to get Darren McFadden, and that just about completes the circuit.

Apparently, the Jets are willing to trade up to steal McFadden (according to that post) they're willing to trade up to get Matt Ryan (according to Peter King) they're willing to trade up to get either Vernon Gholston or Chris Long (according to logic and me) they're willing to trade down with the Bengals to draft Leodis McKelvin, they're willing to trade down with the Saints to pick up Jonathan Stewart, they're willing to trade down with the Eagles to pick up Lito Sheppard and likely Derrick Harvey and they're willing to trade down with the Cowboys to net two first rounders.

I think that's all of them. As for "love," that most sacred of human emotions, according to Unnamed Source, that very busy man, the Jets are in love with Matt Ryan, they're in love with Darren McFadden, they're in love with Chris Long, they're in love with Jonathan Stewart, and they're in love with Leodis McKelvin.

Face it, Gents- WE ARE THE COCKTEASE OF THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE. Frankly, I wouldn't have it any other way. Remember, we haven't put out yet. Tannenbaum is throwing every little piece of subterfuge he can think of out to the gullible media and I for one love it.

All this subversion is due to one fact: we are playing chess with Scott Pioli at this very moment. I have no friggin' idea what's going to happen this Saturday. The good news is neither does Scott or Bill.

I think there is a lot of rumors about our pick because we stand right at the end of the "elite" players of this years draft so prob can get someone that is good for not as much money as a top 5 guy. Plus in recent years we have made it seems to me the most amount of moves via trade in the draft

actually the only guys I havent heard us linked too in the media is Chris Long and Glenn Dorsey. so seeing as how we are so tight-lipped it wouldnt surprise me if either one is the guy we want....

but really I am more of a fan of trading back with the Saints then again with Philly so our first pick is at #19... while picking up Lito sheppard and at least 2 other picks in the first 3 rounds...

Lets trade and get McNabb haha. I think we should stay where we are or make a team trade too much to get our pick
