I don't know, but considering the ties with J Vilma...what are the chances of you guys wanting Ray Lewis from the Ravens. Also, what are you going to do with Abraham finally out of your hairs? Liked him...just didn't understand his hold outs is all.

I see the Jets needs as follows:
    #1 OL
    #2 DE
    #3 RB
    #4 WR
everything else is depth.:chargers: (<----what was that?????)

Arrington is with the Jags. Rumor had it he was coming to SD for a visit and possibly re-unite with his buddy Merriman...but I don't think it even garnered any interest from our GM...

I know many people on this forum dislike Abraham. What I don't understand is how you don't understand the holdouts. Would you want to have the chance that you might have to uproot your life every year. You would live your life in uncertainty.

Supposedly he wanted to stay in the NFC East, and was going to the Giants, but there's been nothing on that in weeks. Either one or both sides are playing it very close to the vest, or he didn't get what he wanted from the Giants.

ray is a shadow of what he once was, he's vilma's size anyway and wouldn't fit in the 3-4 with one LB already a bit undersized for that

the only good thing is he's kept it out of the press for the most part in the demanding more money even though he's the guy that signed for 7 years before..he's still a good player, he's just not in the top 5 of MLB's in the league...possibly not even top 10 if you take both OLB's and ILB's/MLB's

Ray lewis experience is second to none, in this day and age, and i would love him here, but it won't happen.

Ray Lewis is an beast. I once saw him jump into a lion cage at the zoo & eat a fully grown male lion. He then asked a scared zoo keeper for some hot sauce. He killed the zoo keeper for bringing him the wrong kind of hot sauce.

    true story.

 That's great. What's even better is you can actually "see" it happening. Ray Lewis is a total monster. I would bring him here in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself.

If you listen to people on this board, anyone with more than 3 years experience is on the downside of their career. Ray Lewis is definitely one of the best LBs in the game, and would be a sick compliment to Vilma. Forget size, in pure heart and toughness alone I would take that duo. QBs would wet themselves prior to games.

Why would we want Lewis? He plays the same position as Vilma in the 3-4, yet is older, slower and lives on his past.
