Anyone notice the CBS note in the beginning of the game? They said that this season, when the Jets have their tailback 8 or more yards behind the line of scrimmage, it is a run 94% of the time. If CBS broadcasters notice this, doesn't it stand to reason that other NFL teams have noticed this too? Maybe our playcalling is just a tad predictable at this point?
Not only is our running game predictable, but the little screen plays, and short passes to the sidelines always results in INT's or immediate tackles for losses. We need a stronger arm to stretch the field, or the running game will never be productive. I'm sick of hearing about the great touch pass, blah blah blah. I'm on the same page as Randy Cross, give me a QB who can throw it down field and get it in the end zone. Enough of the dink and dunk crap that gets our receivers killed. This season is toast IMHO, lets bring in the fresh young talented QB and give him a shot. What do we have to lose at this point?:shit:
