If we traded to Detroit...

    Trade 4th to detroit for 9th and 40th
    If we trade to Detroit and San fran does not draft V. Davis. This is how I will draft.


    9th Davis TE
    29th Lawson LB
    35th Lendall White RB
    40th Watson NT
    71st Maurice Stovall WR
    97th taitusi Lutui Guard
    103th Chris Chester Center
    117th Omar Jacobs QB

    Detroit now gets either Brick or Mario

    Good question...and there's no way Vernon Davis goes past the 49ers, so that part is moot anyway.

    Jtrain has literally been on this trade with Detroit kick ever since those rumors of us potentially trading with them came out like 2 months ago.

    Guess what Jtrain? Vernon Davis will not be there at 9, Manny Lawson probably won't be there at 29 nor will Lendale at 35...

    Detroit doesn't need to trade. They are in a perfect position where they are to draft Chad Jackson, Santonio Holmes, or, if the spirit moves them, Sinorice Moss.

    I don't agree with that. I am not saying that we will take either of them, but they may pass on Young at 4 and take Jacobs later because they like the value.
