    If the jets get the 15th pick from the falcons

    - Trade 4th down to the 9th and pick up an extra 2nd rounder and 3rd rounder
    - With that trade pick up Vernon Davis at 9
    http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=10927

    - With the 15th pick you have two options draft Winston Justice or trade down to the KC 20th and pick up a there second rounder. At 20 we draft Marcus McNeal or DeAngello Williams.

    First round summation

    We pick up Vernon Davis and McNeal, Detroit?s second and third round pick and KC?s 2nd round pick. We pick up a star TE and a great OT

    Second round

    -We draft Mangold with the 35th pick
    http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=10446

    -with the 40th pick from Detroit we pick up Thomas Howard
    http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=19325

    -with the 54th pick we pick up Manny Lawson http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=11431

    Second round summation

    We pick up our future center and two great linebackers. These linebackers have size and speed. This is a steal for us if we can draft these two linebackers.

    We can run a 3-4 with the line {Oelf at DE D-Rob at DT Ellis at DE}

    Linebackers {Barton Vilma Howard Lawson}

    Our o-line believe it or not will look great for our reconstruction

    {AJ Kendell Mangold Moore McNeal }

    Receivers/TE

    {Coles Cotchery Macareins Davis}

    We should be set for next year and if we possess a bad record next year we might get a chance at Brady Quinn or Brohm or Leak

    If we get Davis and Williams first round I'd be thrilled, two major offensive weapons. Mangold won't be there at 35 though and Lawson likely won't be there at 54. I also don't like us taking 2 LBs. As I said though, love the first round.

    Interesting... i would like this to happen. Good ideas. However, I think that its almost impossible for us to trade that many picks. Rarely you see that much trading around. So I would not expect this to happen. But hell, i love this in a madden world.

    You put alot of thought into that..I think the sun moon and stars will all have to be aligned in the Jets favor for something like that too happen..I am thinking if the Jets somehow gets Atlanta's first it will require us to give up a pick.

    yes & they can be absurd - though even madden would reject some of these trades (4 to 9 for an additional 2&3)

    Brohm wont come out for the draft, he'll stay at school for his senior season, IMO

    Yes you can do draft day trades in madden. But in madden they never offer anything more than a 3rd rounder for a move down 3-5 spots.

    Very slim chance Mangold is available at #35.
    ZERO chance Lawson is available at #54.

    I know what you are trying to get at, so here is a more realistic 'sun and the moon and the stars' scenario.

    Trade Abe and 3rd rd pick for ATL's #15 overall.
    Trade #4 to DET for #9 and #40 Overall

    #9 - Vernon Davis, TE, Maryland
    #15 - Winston Justice, OT, USC
    #35 - Bobby Carpenter, OLB, OSU
    #40 - Jonathan Joseph, CB, South Carolina

    We would probably still have a Compensatory 3rd round pick, 2 4ths, a 5th and a couple 7ths. Would be a very nice way to rebuild.

    perfect...although i can see us not drafting a CB with #40, maybe a RB or NT instead.

    Agreed, with 4 picks in the top 40, we'd have a lot of options.

    I'd rather go with Lawson and Howard speed and size

    That'd be awesome. Too bad it'll never happen.
