can get one of the elite prospects (bush, leinart, williams) with out trading down we might end up having one of the best drafts in our history. Very rarely do you get elite prospects plus a high quantity of picks. Usually it ends up being either quality or quantity.
I'm confused, you only think bush leinart and williams are elite prospects? What does getting an elite prospect have to do with quantity of picks. Yes, if a team traded a bunch of picks to get into the top 5 that would be one thing. We had a horrible season so we got a high pick, then we get picks for herm, abraham and comp picks from the league. The two things have nothing to do with each other.
