Woody doesn't like to spend on experienced people. The one time they hired a experienced OC (Gailey) they fired him after the first bump in the road.

Still this upcoming offseason is so important I hope he makes a change in how he does things.

The Jets need a quality experienced OC to coach up/develop whichever QB a high first round draft pick or trade or big money UFA they decide to bring in. They can't put him in the hands of another first time entry level OC.

The first name that popped into my head is Norv Turner.

I don't know who else is out there.

Hmm..while they are at ..and looking at yesterday's game and our "coach" ...maybe they reneg on the Extention ..pay off Toddy with some chump change they have available..and look for BOTH HC and OC ahahahah

Look... the Raiders extended Del Rio recently and now he is history...heheheh

To the Post here IMO Morton was handcuffed by Bowles and prob could have done a better job without him...if any OC is a friend of J Morton or they have a smart agent they call him up and ask for his perspective on working with Bowles..uh oh ..I bet they get an earful

Bowles is toxic and this Morton thing will affect the hiring ..but yes we need someone very experience and an offensive genius ...good luck with that ..thank you chris and woody
